Is it a good fertilizer for my yard?

  No – dog waste is very acidic and full of parasites and bacteria which are harmful to your yard, your pets and to humans.

Is it a good fertilizer for my garden?

Absolutely not – the parasites and bacteria that are in your dog waste could then go into your plants.  You want to avoid eating foods that use dog waste as fertilizer to avoid getting sick.
